• Nippon Club Annual Baseball Tournament will be coming back again this year at Randall’s Island Baseball Field. All new teams are welcome!
  The Registration Deadline is on Thursday, April 20th.

  Tuesday, April 25 Tournament Draw, Opening Ceremony (6:00 pm~ at the Nippon Club)
  Saturday, May 6 Tournament Day 1 (First Round League)
  ※ 5/13 No Games – Japan Parade
  ※ 5/14 No Games – Mother’s Day
  Saturday, May 20 Tournament Day 2 (First Round League)
  ※ 5/27 & 5/28 No Games – Memorial Day weekend
  Saturday, June 3 Tournament Day 3 (First Round League)
  Sunday, June 4 Tournament Day 4 (First Round League)
  Saturday, June 10 Tournament Day 5 (Championship Tournament Day 1 – Best 8 Quarter Finals)
  Saturday, June 17 Tournament Day 6 (Championship Tournament Day 2 – Best 4 Semi Finals)
  ※ 6/18 No Games – Father’s Day
  Saturday, June 24 Tournament Day 7 (Championship Tournament – Final / Closing ceremony)
  Sunday, June 25 (Rain Alternative Day)
  ※ 7/1 & 7/2 No Games – July 4th weekend

  ・Above schedule might be changed due to the number of participating teams or tournament progress.
  ・All games will be played at Randall’s Island Baseball Fields.
  ・Please have your team members understand, preparing on all dates above, including rain alternative dates.
  ・We will inform the revised schedule if the original schedule is delayed or canceled due to inclement weather.
  ・There is a 7 innings game for all games through the tournament, including Semi-finals & Final.

  ■Qualifications to join

  Employees of Nippon Club member companies with one or more registered members and their family members, and Individual/Associate members. (The definition of family members are parents and children, brothers and sisters is the principle, but other relatives, friends, and family members of acquaintances are also acceptable.)

  ■Tournament Method

  First round league and Championship tournament. The first round league will be divided into
  several groups and the best 1 or 2 team(s) of each group will advance to the championship tournament.
  (wild card format may apply according to the number of participating teams.

  ■Participation Fees

  $ 1,200 per Team

  ■Team Formation

  ① One team can register maximum of 40 players including subsidiaries or group companies.
  ② A combined team is allowed with up to 5 different companies (5 organizations) if one company does not have enough players to form a team. A Nippon Club Individual/Associate member is considered as one organization.

  ■Registration

  For the Team application, please fill out the application form from The link here and send it by Thursday, April 20th. For the Player registration, please download the Player registration form on the same page and fill in the team name and all player names, and submit it by Friday, May 5 (you don’t have to submit it by April 20th.). Participation fee can be paid by the bank transfer (ACH), but can also be paid by a check as well.

  ■Qualification Screening

  After the application is received, team composition and player registration will be screened for eligibility and approved, your team registration is complete.
