• Nippon Club Annual Baseball Tournament will be coming back again this year
  at Randall’s Island Baseball Field. All new teams are welcome!
  The Registration Deadline is on Monday, April 25th.

  ・All games will be played at Randall’s Island Baseball Fields.
  ・Above schedule might be slightly changed due to the number of participating teams or tournament progress.
  ・Please have your team members understand and prepare on all dates above, incl. rain alternative dates.
  ・We will inform the revised schedule if original schedule is delayed or cancelled due to weather conditions.
  ・There is 7 innings game for first round league up to quarter finals, 9 inning game for Semi-finals & Final.
   

  Qualifications to join：Employees of Nippon Club member companies with one or more registered members and their family members, and Individual/Associate members. (The definition of family members are parents and children, brothers and sisters is the principle, but other relatives, friends, and family members of acquaintances are also acceptable. )

  Tournament Rule：Championship tournament with first round league. The best 1 or 2 teams of each first round group will advance to the championship tournament. (wild-cards format may apply according to the number of participating teams.

  Participation Fees：$ 1,200 / Team

  Team Formation：① One team can register maximum of 40 players including subsidiaries or group companies, ② A combined team is allowed with up to 5 different companies (5 organizations) if one company does not have enough players to form a team. A Nippon Club Individual/Associate members would be considered as one organization.

  Registration：Please fill out team name and all players’ names in the enclosed registration form and send it with a check of participation fee payable to “The Nippon Club” by no later than Monday, April 25th (Mailing Address: The Nippon Club, Inc. / 145 West 57th St., New York, NY 10019 Attn: H. Naito) Alternatively, payment can be made by bank transfer (ACH). Please contact accounting@nipponclub.org for details.
  *Any change or addition of registered player’s name will be accepted by Friday, May 6th (Write down on the change/addition form that will be provided by Nippon Club.)

  Qualification Screening：Baseball committee will screen and approve all registrations to qualify for the tournament.
