  <Japan Parade 2023 “Nippon Club/JCCI” Team>

  The Japan Parade was held again this year on Saturday, May 13, at Central Park West in Manhattan.

  

  The “Nippon Club/JCCI” team wore our original T-shirts in the parade. The cobalt blue and red heart T-shirts looked great in the fresh greenery. The ocean wave pattern used for the red hearts is an auspicious design that symbolizes the wish for a peaceful life to last forever, just like the ever-repeating gentle waves. Some of the children in our team wore yukata and jinbei. The parade was a great success, with many people filling the streets along the way.

  

  Thank you to all the members and guests who joined the “Nippon Club/JCCI Team” team and walked with us. Let’s walk the parade together again next year!
