At the Q&A session of the recent health webinar “The Importance of Sleep” (by Dr. Makoto Kawai), we received many questions from the participants but were unable to answer all of them. Therefore, we will hold the second Q&A session with Dr. Kawai.

The questions will be divided into four categories: 1) Sleeping pills, 2) Tips for a good night’s sleep, 3) Sleep quality, and 4) Wearable Devices*, in that order. Please feel free to join us, whether you recently attended or not.

*The computer device, when worn and slept on, measures sleep time and analyzes sleep quality.
