EVENT DETAIL

Online Health Seminar co-sponsored by The Nippon Club and Japanese Medical Society of America (JMSA)
“Learn about Autism Spectrum Disorder, Symptoms and Treatments”

Autism spectrum disorder is one of the most common developmental disorders. While the diagnosis of severe autism spectrum disorders is often less confusing and treatment is often started early in the course of treatment, the symptoms of relatively mild autism are less well known and how they manifest themselves and affect people’s lives. In this webinar, we will discuss how relatively mild autism spectrum disorder manifests itself at school and at home, and how to respond to it, using specific examples.
