太極拳で有酸素運動をして、美容と健康に役立てませんか? 太極拳の中で最も柔らかでゆっくりとした「楊式太極拳60式」の動きを、毎回3つずつ学んでいきます。一つ一つ深呼吸とともにゆっくりお稽古していく中で、体と心のバランスをとり、自律神経を整え、加齢により低下しがちな新陳代謝を高めていきましょう!
